DESCRIPTION
V-33 flexible is composed of high-quality cement, quartz sand, mineral powder filler and other additives.
HOW TO USE
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION FOR APPLICATION V-33 FLEXIBLE
V-33 Flexible is applied to all solid surfaces.
The surface where the V-33 Flexible adhesive will be applied must be cleaned of impurities from various wastes, grease, and oils and depending on the surface, a primer can be applied.
The surface must not be wet. The surface where the adhesive will be applied must be level.
MIXING OF V-33 FLEXIBLE
Pour the amount of 25 kg of adhesive into a container where it is previously poured fresh water in the right amount. After putting them in a container with a mixer, mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Let it rest for 10 minutes and mix it again. The workability time of the mixture is 2-4 hours. The surface where it will be applied must be free of dust and grease
APPLICATION OF V-33 FLEXIBLE
Apply the adhesive with a suitable trowel and spread it evenly with a notched steel trowel. It is recommended to work in suitable atmospheric conditions at temperatures from +5˚C to +35˚C. For indoors use, the surface coverage on the back side of the tile must be no less than 70%. The grout line filler is applied when the adhesive has completely dried.
